Intellectual Property & Copyright

Creativity is a human trait that requires personal dedication and investment of extremely large amount of time. Both the creator and any product of creativity, should be given the respect that both of them deserves. Plagiarism of any kind is the ultimate disrespect against any creator. We, Arbiter Electrotech, stand firmly against any and all kinds of plagiarism. As such, Arbiter Electrotech takes the matter of copyright and intellectual property very seriously.

Arbiter Electrotech is a business entity that employs a large number of creative products for its brand name, technology name, market recognition and for promotional purposes. Furthermore, Arbiter Electrotech may use product of other entities or third parties, who may or may not be affiliates, subsidies or partners of Arbiter Electrotech. These third parties may have creative materials of their own. These creative materials may be present in both physical and virtual form and may be used in both physical and virtual environment. In any case, all creative materials, belonging to either Arbiter Electrotech or any third party, are the intellectual properties of these respective entities unless otherwise is stated. Creative materials include but is not limited to logo(s), brand name(s), artwork(s), audio and/or video recording or combination of both audio-video recording, software, firmware, schematic, circuit diagram, PCB layout, 3D models and/or products of 3D CAD design, documents and articles. 3rd Party Copyright

Arbiter Electrotech may use hardware, software, firmware or otherwise, that is produced, manufactured, coded, marketed and/or is copyrighted by an entity other that Arbiter Electrotech. These third party product(s) may also include logo, brand name, brand marking or otherwise, that is the intellectual property of the said entity. It should be assumed that the respective party holds the copyright for that specific intellectual property. In case Arbiter Electrotech decides to use any third party product(s), the complete list of 3rd party materials and their respective sources, along with the copyright status for the used product, is published by Arbiter Electrotech. Note that the list may change from time to time as Arbiter Electrotech only publishes the list of 3rd party materials that are are being used at present.
