Technical Support

Arbiter Electrotech provides technical support to all its users/clients, regarding all Arbiter Electrotech products. The user/client has to provide a number of information to Arbiter Electrotech, in order to receive any technical support. The required information are tabulated in the “Technical Support Form”. The user/client needs to download the form, fill up the required fields and email us the form at support@arbiterelectro.com. After submission, Arbiter Electrotech will assign the user with a “Tech Support ID”. The ID will be sent via the user’s email. All communication between the user and Arbiter Electrotech will be via email.

Warranty Support

Arbiter Electrotech provides “limited warranty” for all its products unless otherwise stated. Any user or client of Arbiter Electrotech product can claim warranty if any Arbiter Electrotech product malfunctions due to any manufacturing defect unless otherwise stated. The warranty is valid for a specified amount of time. Any product, carrying any form of damage, imposed by the user of the said product, is not eligible for warranty claim. The user/client is requested to review the warranty policy before applying for warranty service. Arbiter Electrotech reserves the right to deny the warranty claim in case there is a breach in the warranty policy, by the user/client.

The user/client has to provide a number of information to Arbiter Electrotech, in order to claim for warranty. The required information are tabulated in the “Warranty Claim Form”. The user/client needs to download the form, fill up the required fields and email the form at support@arbiterelectro.com. Note that, Arbiter Electrotech reserves the right to reject the warranty claim if the user/client provides false or incomplete information.
